Ingredients: 6-8 portions
200 gr.
400 gr prawns. salmon loins
4 eggs 200 gr.
milk 200 gr.
heavy cream 80 gr. leek
150 gr. bread Hottie Bimbo
20 gr. brandy (optional)
20 gr. puree tomato paste (or tomato sauce thick) salt
white pepper nutmeg.
Preparation: Peel
shrimp, reserving shells and heads. Remove the intestinal thread and cold reserve.
